Refund policy

Returns:
- Liz Paper is not responsible for any typos or mistakes in wording or lettering not found by a customer during proofing. We want you to be happy and print / sew what you approve! So please review your proofs very carefully.
- Because nearly all our products are personalized, we do not offer refunds. Personalized items are non-returnable.
- In the unlikely event that an order should arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part - horrors! - please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it as our top priority!

Cancellations:
Thanks for understanding that once you receive the first proof for your order, the production process is well underway. It's alright to cancel an order after you've gotten the proof, but we do charge a fee to cover the work and time that's already been invested.
Cancellation Fee - Paper Goods: $10.00
Cancellation Fee - Embroidered Items: $30.00

Reprints / Errors
Reprints - Paper Goods AND Embroidery: Once you receive the first proof for your order, the production process is well underway. When you've APPROVED a proof, we produce your job. If AFTER approving the proof you decide to make a change, we'll need to re-print the order or create new embroidery. Please know that you'll be billed for both that second printing (or second embroidery project) as well as for the original!
Errors - Paper Goods: We take care with each job, but mistakes are possible here too. Should you discover an error made by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If we've made a mistake, your order will be reprinted free of charge as our top priority!
